The new Flying Spur represents a combination of performance and luxury that should be impossible. There are two stunning models to choose from: the Flying Spur Speed, designed to take sporting luxury to new heights and the Flying Spur Mulliner – an unprecedented expression of automotive craftsmanship, whether you sit behind the driver or behind the wheel.
With a sleek new exterior look and feel, the new Flying Spur is spacious yet streamlined; imposing yet intricately detailed. Crafted from superformed aluminium for a near-seamless surface, it exudes elegance and a sense of latent power.
From the stunning front grilles to the eye-catching wing vents, handcrafted details can be seen everywhere on the car’s sleek exterior – while eye-catching 22” wheels add even more road presence.
AN EXQUISITELY CRAFTED CABIN
Sitting in the handstitched leather seats in the rear of the Flying Spur is a joy, thanks in part to the generous legroom afforded by the car’s spacious cabin. A panoramic glass sunroof allows daylight to flood in from above. Electrically-operated privacy blinds, meanwhile, can be activated individually or all at once with a single tap on the Touchscreen Remote.
The leather upholstery is available in a wide range of colours including new Gravity Grey, while options for embroidery, piping and speciality stitching allow you to make the interior your own. Where appropriate, sustainable Olive Tan leather is applied to sections of the Mulliner model’s cabin.
The cabin features beautiful, handcrafted veneers – your choice from a range of high gloss woods, contemporary open pore finishes, or technical materials such as carbon fibre and engine-turned aluminum. There is also a range of new ‘piano’ painted gloss colors, including Imperial Blue, Burnt Oak, Cricket Ball and Gravity Grey by Mulliner.
MODEL OVERVIEW
The Ultra Performance Hybrid V8 powertrain combines a powerful electric motor with a V8 petrol engine, which together are capable of delivering an astonishing power output of 782 PS (771 bhp) and 1000 Nm (737 lb ft) of torque. What that means for the driver is smooth, surging Bentley performance, with acceleration from zero to 60 mph in just 3.5 seconds (0 to 100 km/h in 3.6 seconds) and a maximum speed of 177 mph (285 km/h).
To ensure that the ride is always incredibly refined, the car is equipped with Bentley Performance Active Chassis. This chassis includes all-wheel steering technology for smoother lane changes and the Bentley Dynamic Ride anti-roll system, for greater stability through corners. A new suspension system features twin-valve dampers, which allow for much greater variation between the car’s different driving modes, so Sport offers greater agility and control, for example, while Comfort delivers an even more refined ride. As a result, travelling in the Flying Spur Mulliner feels like flying first class – whether you sit behind the wheel or behind your driver

To celebrate the arrival of the new Flying Spur Speed, a spectacular First Edition takes the car’s incredible standard specification to new heights.
The car is instantly identifiable, thanks to clear ‘First Edition’ exterior badging. Open the door and not only will you activate the Animated Welcome Lamps by Mulliner, but you will also be greeted by stainless steel treadplates inscribed with the words ‘First Edition’.
Inside, the upholstery features embroidered ‘First Edition’ emblems on each seat, alongside a stunning list of premium features that are normally only available as options. That includes the Wellness Seating specification, comprising Postural Adjust and Seat Auto Climate, for maximum comfort and wellbeing. It includes the Touring Specification for easier, safer, open-road driving, and the beautiful Bentley Rotating Display. Music comes courtesy of the Naim for Bentley audio system – arguably the finest in-car hi-fi available in any production car – while the ambiance is enhanced even further with the addition of a panoramic sunroof and mood lighting.
